Performance Fee
We charge a performance fee only on positive realized net PnL for the week. If the weekly result is not positive, no performance fee is invoiced.

How It Works
You sign up and get access to the Arbitron trading terminal with your dedicated server.
The $100/month server subscription is billed monthly and covers your dedicated infrastructure.
At the end of each week, we calculate your net profit. If you're in the green, a 40% performance fee is invoiced.
If you referred someone, you automatically receive 20% of their performance fees as a payout.
Custom Terms & Flexibility
We understand that every trader is different. If you're managing significant volume, bringing in a community of traders, or have a unique use case — we're happy to discuss custom terms. We value long-term partnerships and are open to adjusting fees for the right fit.
For example, we may offer reduced performance fees for high-volume traders, adjusted referral rates for community leaders, or tailored plans for professional trading teams. Just reach out — we're flexible and always open to a conversation.
Risk Disclaimer
Arbitrage can reduce directional exposure by pairing opposite positions, but it is not risk-free. Exchange outages, delayed execution, partial fills, liquidity gaps, delistings, funding changes, and other unforeseen events may affect results. Historical performance is not a forecast or a guarantee. You remain responsible for the funds in your exchange accounts.
Platform Guidelines
To ensure reliable operation and accurate performance tracking for all users, please observe the following practices while your exchange accounts are connected to Arbitron.
Exclusive automation access
Your connected exchange accounts must be used exclusively with Arbitron. Running third-party trading bots, scripts, or other automated tools alongside our system can cause conflicting orders, unexpected position changes, and inaccurate performance reporting.
No manual trading on connected accounts
Please refrain from placing manual trades on accounts linked to Arbitron. Manual activity interferes with the system's position management and may lead to incorrect hedging, skewed PnL calculations, or unintended market exposure.
Maintain position integrity across exchanges
Arbitrage positions are always paired across two exchanges. Intentionally closing one side while leaving the other open disrupts the hedge and exposes both you and the system to unmanaged market risk. Always let Arbitron handle position lifecycle.
Violations of these guidelines will result in a penalty fee. Repeated or deliberate non-compliance may lead to permanent account suspension and disconnection from the platform.
